Helpdesk for CARNET System Engineers

The helpdesk service for system engineers is envisaged as an aid provided to officially appointed system engineers in case of problems in the operation of CARNET supported servers and services. Access to the helpdesk service is possible only through the use of the AAI@EduHr electronic identity, and it is necessary that the system engineer’s "hrEduPersonRole“ attribute in the LDAP directory of his institution is set to "CARNET system engineer".
